Return Process

    Email our customer service team with your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item to initiate your claim.

    Review Process

    Our quality assurance team will review your photos and details within 2-3 business days to verify the production error or shipping damage.

  • 3.
    Receive Authorization

    Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on whether the item needs to be shipped back.

  • 4.
    Resolution

    We will immediately process a reprint of your custom product at no extra cost or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
